Bem-vindo!   ¡Bienvenido!
Beginning in July 2018, I will be an Assistant Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Scholar in the School of Politics and Global Studies and the Center for Organization Research and Design at Arizona State University and a recently minted PhD in political science from Texas A&M University

I study comparative politics and public administration/policy, with a specific interest in gender representation and government performance across the globe. I recently finished a dissertation on the causes and consequences of women's representation in Latin American local governments.
