Bem-vindo!   ¡Bienvenido!
I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University.

I study comparative politics and public administration/policy, with a specific interest in gender representation and government performance across the globe. Much of my research focuses on the causes and consequences of women's representation, especially at the local level of government in Latin America.
